Because Easter just past and Hams still seem to be on sale, we thought this would a great recipe to start with.
1 bone-in cooked ham
1 jar of pineapple preserves
cloves and cherries to your taste
Score ham and spread pineapple preserves all over ham. Place a clove and cherry, alternately in the squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
l cup of packed brown sugar
l tablespoon of corn starch
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
8 1/2 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon of mustard
Boil until sauce thickens. Recipe may be doubled.
